The Town Hall is administered by Sutton Coldfield Arts and Recreational Trust - SCART - a registered charity whose principal objective is to benefit the residents of Sutton Coldfield and its surrounding areas by providing facilities for entertainment, education, community gatherings, recreation and leisure activities. Through encouraging the broadest possible use of these facilities and the organisation of a range of events and artistic performance the Trust aims to improve the quality of life and education for the whole community.
